MAY 24th - ONLINE CONTENT OPENS (3 hours)

TUESDAY - JUNE 10th
 

• We request all flights arrive by 3:00 PM on TUESDAY. You may arrive on SUNDAY, but transportation and hotel will be your responsibility if you arrive prior to MONDAY. Special requests for assistance can be made at the Gate Communications office.

• 7:00 PM Welcome Dinner 
   

WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY JUNE 11th - 13th

• 7:15 - 8:00 AM Breakfast

• 8:15 - 8:45 AM Devotions on site

• 9:00 AM Workshop begins

• Lunch on site 

• 5:15 PM Workshop Ends 

• 6:30 PM Dinner

• 8:00 PM Activities (Tentative)

 

SATURDAY JUNE 1st

Cabin cleared by 11:00 AM. 
We do request no red-eye flights if possible.
