If you have not been on a mission trip, you have missed an incredible experience. There is something incredibly unique about sacrificing your time to serve completely out of your comfort zone. In raw moments like that we find ourselves. Mission work starts with an intent to sacrificially serve, but turns into a process for our own growth personally, spiritually, and in our maturity. Ironically this growth experience is wrapped up in physical labor, playing with kids at a pool, enduring long bouncy van rides, or hugging on Deaf children who are alienated from their families. Missions are life changing and you can be a part.
